AI & Automation
Most of what gets called “AI” is really rules and scheduling — and that is fine, because rules are cheaper, more precise and easier to review. We start from the repeated work itself, and use AI where a fixed condition genuinely cannot cope: understanding text, reading a document, or answering an open question.

What clients usually come to us with
- “Support answers the same twenty questions all day.”
- “We type invoice data in by hand from files.”
- “We copy the same data between two systems every morning.”
- “Approvals are late because nobody chases them.”
Choosing between them
- Assistant or automation?
- An assistant talks to a person and needs a question. Automation runs on its own and needs nobody. If people are asking, it is an assistant; if people are executing steps, it is automation.
- Document processing or automation?
- Processing reads files and produces data. Automation moves data between steps. Serious projects usually include both: read the invoice, then pass it to approval.
- Do we need AI at all?
- A question we raise before you do. If the condition is fixed and the input is structured, a rule is better: cheaper, more precise, and its decision can be explained.

Questions about this area
Do you build custom AI models for us?
No. We build what sits on top of available models: the scope, the data, the interface and the review loop. Training a model of your own is different work and outside what we offer.
Does our data leave our systems?
That is decided explicitly in the scope, and what is sent and what is not is written down before anything starts.
What if an assistant gives a wrong answer?
We assume it will and design for it: clear limits on what it answers, handover to a person, and a log that gets reviewed.
