- Integration consumes other people’s interfaces. Interface development produces yours for other people to consume. If the question is “how do we reach their system?” it is integration; if it is “how do they reach ours?” it is the other one.
- Integration or automation?
- Integration makes systems exchange data. Automation decides when, and what happens next. One project usually needs both, and we say so rather than selling one and discovering the other.
- Environments or maintenance?
- Setting up the environment and the deployment path is work that finishes. Looking after what runs in it afterwards is an ongoing arrangement. They are frequently bought together and they are not the same thing.

Can any system be integrated?
No. Some systems offer no programmatic access at all. We check that before promising anything, and it is the first step in any integration project.
Who owns the hosting account?
You do. We set it up and configure it inside your account, and the billing and ownership stay yours. We are not a hosting provider.
Do you offer an uptime guarantee?
No. We do not offer service-level agreements or round-the-clock operations, and we say so rather than letting it be assumed.
