Questions about this service

Can we add staff with different permissions?

Yes, and it is designed in from the start rather than added later. Retrofitting permissions onto a panel built without them is close to rebuilding it.

Is there a record of who changed what?

Yes. An audit trail is standard here, because the first serious question after an unexpected change is always who made it.

Can it be added to an existing product?

Usually, and it is one of the more common requests. How cleanly depends on how that product stores its content, which we look at before agreeing a scope.

Does it work on a phone?

The frequent tasks do. Bulk editing on a phone is rarely a real requirement, and designing for it tends to make the desktop experience worse.

What if something is deleted by mistake?

Irreversible actions sit behind a confirmation, and most deletions are reversible by design. Which are which is a decision we make with you rather than a default.
