Questions about this service

Can any system be integrated?

No. Some offer no programmatic access at all. Checking that is the first step of any integration project, and it happens before we commit to anything.

What if the two systems disagree?

We decide the source of truth per field, in advance, in writing. Integrations that leave this implicit are the ones that quietly corrupt data over months.

How often does data move?

As often as both sides genuinely allow and the business actually needs. Continuous is not always possible and is frequently not necessary.

What happens if one side goes down?

The connection retries where that is safe, holds what it cannot deliver, and alerts someone. Nothing is designed to fail silently.

Who maintains the integration afterwards?

Whoever you choose — it is documented so that it can be us or not. Third-party interfaces change, so some ongoing attention is realistic rather than optional.
