Questions about this service

Does it connect to our accounting system?

Usually, and we check what that system genuinely permits before promising it. Where a direct connection is not possible we agree a regular file exchange instead.

Does it support several branches and warehouses?

Yes, and transfers between them are treated as first-class movements rather than adjustments. That is what makes the per-branch number trustworthy.

Do we need special hardware?

Not from us — we do not supply it. A phone camera handles scanning in most cases, and if dedicated hardware suits your volume better we will say so and you buy it directly.

How do we move our current stock into it?

With a counted opening balance rather than an imported guess. Importing an inaccurate starting figure is how a new system inherits the old one’s reputation.

Does it work on a phone during a count?

Yes. Counting is one of the few tasks that genuinely happens away from a desk, and it is designed for that rather than adapted to it.
